This tier is designed for players who want to further support the server while receiving additional community perks, recognition, and in-game benefits. Your support helps us continue building new systems, events, and improvements for the city.

Membership Benefits

• Supporter Lounge Access – Exclusive Discord space for active supporters.
• Priority Support – Faster staff assistance through donor support.
• Tier 2 Queue Priority – Enter the city faster during peak hours.
• +2 Additional Character Slots – Extra slots while your subscription remains active.
• River Front Apartment – Vespucci – Access to a Platinum supporter apartment while active.

Claiming Your Benefits

Most perks are automatically granted when your Platinum Supporter Discord role is assigned.

Claiming Your Platinum Apartment

Your River Front Apartment is not automatically assigned.

1. Open a support ticket in Discord
2. Select Support → Tebex Store Support
3. Inform staff you are claiming your Platinum Apartment

A staff member will assist you with setting up your property. The apartment remains active while your subscription is active.

Fair Gameplay

This supporter tier does not provide pay-to-win advantages.

There are no exclusive jobs, cash boosts, or gameplay power advantages.

Every player progresses through roleplay, effort, and participation. Supporter memberships help fund the continued development and upkeep of the server.

Subscription

This is a monthly subscription that renews automatically.

You may cancel at any time. All benefits remain active while your subscription is active.

Payment

Although Rogue Roleplay is proudly Australian hosted, Tebex processes transactions in USD. Prices shown in this store are in AUD but when you are billed Tebex will bill you in USD for the equivalent of the AUD price.

All store prices include processing fees and applicable sales tax. You can use any currency converter to view pricing in your local currency.

Policies

Non-Transferable
Supporter packages are tied to the purchasing account and linked Discord ID. Benefits cannot be transferred, shared, or moved to another player.

Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital goods and automated perks, refunds cannot be provided once a package has been redeemed.

Processing Time
Most supporter benefits are granted automatically within a few minutes after purchase once your Discord account is linked. If your perks have not appeared after 10–15 minutes, please contact support.

Abuse & Policy
Any attempt to abuse supporter benefits, exploit systems, or violate server rules may result in the removal of supporter perks without refund.

Discord Requirement
A linked Discord account is required to receive supporter benefits. If your Discord is not linked correctly when purchasing, some perks may not apply automatically.
